By enrolling, 21,000 U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents, at over 300 ports of entry in the United States, are constantly on guard in order to protect against infringing copies of your trademark or copyright.  PPG recommends that you take advantage of this program.

Our U.S. Custom and Border Patrol registration packages are as follows:

Basic Customs & Border Patrol Registration Package:

○  Register your Trademark with the USCBP within two days (48 hours)  of receipt of your order for 1 class

○  Monitoring of the status of your registration

○  Communicate with PPG regarding any notices of confiscated items on your behalf from the USCBP

○  Price: $125 (does not include filing fee)

Express Customs & Border Patrol Registration Package:

○  Basic Border Patrol Registration PLUS express filing (will be completed in less than 12 hours from reciept of order).

○  Price: $155 (does not include filing fee)

Record Alleged Counterfeiters with Customs & Border Patrol:

○  Record alleged illegal import and export activity or any suspected violations of trade laws with Customs & Border Patrol

○  Electronic filing of the alleged countefeiters information within two days or 48 hours of purchase.

○  We will report a violation on the shipper and or the receiver based on their contact information and backup/findings.

○  Price: $40 per filing
