What is a DMCA take down request?

DMCA takedown notice is a written instruction, prepared and sent by a party (or their agent), to an internet web host (i.e., EBay, Amazon, etc.) requesting removal of a Copyright/Trademark/Patent infringement.

What is a Cease & Desist letter?

A Cease and Desist letter is a request to halt (cease) and not repeat an action.  The letter notifies the recipient of the intent to bring legal proceedings if the action is not stopped.  A Cease and Desist letter does not have to be prepared and issued by a lawyer.   However, we at PPG strongly suggest that your Cease and Desist letter should be issued by a lawyer.  The threat of litigation is much more powerfully delivered and received when it delivered by a lawyer.  Every Cease and Desist letter issued by PPG will be signed by an attorney.  

How quickly can you prepare this once paid?

Each letter will be prepared and issued with twenty-four (24) hours of the receipt of payment.

If I need a greater level of service than the preparation of a Cease and Desist letter, can PPG provide this?

Yes we can. PPG offers a Deluxe Cease and Desist letter package.  We will advise you of our opinion as to whether your Copyright/Trademark/Patent has primary legal standing in this circumstance.  We will prepare the Cease and Desist letter.  PPG will serve as the contact point for any written communication from the notified party.  In addition, we will monitor all deadlines requested in the letter to determine if compliance with your request has been met.  

Can you help me with lawsuit / litigation work?
