The price plan below excludes the USPTO filing fee of $325.  For each Trademark class that you register, the USPTO charges an additional $325 per class.  These are the fixed fees that the USPTO charges.  PPG does not charge an additional fee to file if you select additional classes. We provide a break down of these fees for full transparency.

○  Handling of all Office Action Refusals due to procedural questions

Premiun Trademark Registaration Package:

○  Basic Registration Package PLUS the handling of any Office Action letter procedure.  

○  Price: $400 (does not include uspto filing fee).
