Once the pirated activity is identified, PPG will advise and work with you as to the best steps to take to eliminate the threat.  If you already have a Trademark, PPG can help you further register it with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol International Property Rights program (IPR).  The IPR program allows the U. S. Customs and Border Patrol to watch out for products that violate your Trademark.

What information do I need to provide to PPG?

You know your business better than we do.  In addition to general business information, we ask that you provide us with “key words” and images for your Trademark/ product. PPG will set up a phone interview to get additional information, which will help us create a program to root out piracy of your company on the Internet or any physical location.

Do you offer individual as well as bundled product offerings?

PPG allows our customers maximum flexibility in selecting the services that you need.  For example, you have discovered a counterfeit/pirated product on the Internet and you would like us to work with you in eliminating it, that’s fine with us.  Or, you simply need to register a Trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark office (USPTO).  That’s fine as well.  We do, however, believe that PPG’s complete suite of products provides the most effective and efficient means to your peace of mind through the best and most comprehensive anti-piracy services available. The services can be a la carte or combined based on your needs.

When is payment for services due?  What is the payment method?

Payment is due when the order is placed.  We offer safe and encrypted payment through PayPal. We accept PayPal, PayPal e-checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) all through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required in order to make a purchase.  If you would like to pay via an alternative method (money order, check, etc.), please contact us.

Is my information kept confidential?  

YES, it is. The information that you provide will be held in the strictest confidence.  Any information about your company and its products/services will not be used and distributed without your permission.  PPG will never sell your information to a third party.

Will you provide a transition to an outside counsel if needed?

PPG takes an A La Carte approach to its products.  You are free to share our Search findings with anyone you choose. If you would like for us to submit the take down request and send out a cease and desist letter, we can at a very affordable price. If you rather have us prepare our finding so that you can share it with your law firm, we can.
