What is an Onsite location Search?  

An Onsite Location search is a tool used to measure quality of service, compliance with regulation, or to gather specific information about products and services.  An onsite search operative (OSO) gathers information based on your customized needs and concerns.   The OSO will conduct the search without the knowledge of the establishment that he/she visits and will report back to you with their findings. We will first set up a phone interview to get additional information, which will help us setup a program specific to your needs.

How quickly can you get this up and running?

How often will I get my report?

You will only get a report if this service option is purchased. Otherwise you will not get a report.

Generally speaking, the report will be delivered within 3 days of the visitation.

What benefit will I get from using the service?

The Onsite Location Service (OLS) program can provide either reassurance or peace of mind. For example, it can be utilized when you suspect that your products are being counterfeited and sold at ground based businesses.

These can be storefronts, booths at conventions and/or fairs, hotels, anywhere where goods or services are sold.  If your product or trademark is being counterfeited/pirated, we will provide the information documenting the theft as well as information on the business itself.

This program can be used for other than piracy identification prevention purposes.  Onsite Location Service is an excellent tool to gather information about your own your vendor or a competitors business.

This service was originally established as a means to have someone onsite (feet on the ground), verifying if a particular item was being sold illegally.  Since then, this service has expanded based on customer needs.  An OLS program can be tailored to deliver the information that you need.  

What is the cost of the program?

Please contact us so that we can learn more about your needs and frequency.  Onsite Location Services start at a flat rate of $55.00 per visit. Most services are priced from $55 to $100 depending on the request. In some cases, it could be more but this is on a case-by-case basis.
