Your first step in this more aggressive strategy is the issuance of a Cease & Desist (C&D) Letter to the infringing party.  The letter will identify you as the rightful holder of the Intellectual property in question; state the action(s) that you require of them and the date upon which their infringing actions should stop.  If they do not cease their illegal behavior, the letter threatens additional, more severe legal actions.

○  Preparation of a Cease & Desist Letter notifying a third party of your allegation of infringement issued by a PPG attorney

○  Delivery by USPS Priority Mail with Tracking and Delivery Verification (express postage will cost extra)

○  Email confirmation when the letter has been mailed

○  If additional services are requested, the work will be billed at hourly rate

○  Price: $115

Premium Cease & Desist Letter:

○  Review of evidence to determine if an infringement has occurred

○  Written opinion of our findings from the review of evidence by a PPG attorney

○  Issuance of a Cease & Desist Letter to the Infringing Party issued by a PPG attorney

○  Periodic written report of  communication received from the third party

○  Status of compliance of deadlines contained in the Cease & Desist letter

○  Delivery by USPS Priority Mail with Tracking and Delivery Verification (express postage will cost extra)

○  Telephone call follow-up throughout the entire process

○  If additional services are requested, the work will be billed at hourly rate
