Our Onsite Location Search (OLS) service is a multi-use tool which provides our customers with hands-on product intelligence that can only come from the gathering of information by a human being in a physical setting.  

Our OLS service differs from many of our other services in two ways.  First, it is not internet based.  Our Onsite Site Operatives (OSO) will visit physical site(s) that you direct them to.  Second, the reason for the search is not limited to infringement activities.  Sure, the ability to ferret out infringement of our products at terrestrial sites can be an invaluable tool in your quest to be free from piracy.  However, our OLS service is an excellent means of gathering information about your vendors, competitors or your even own business locations.  

For example, OLS can be used to verify that your agreement with a retail store regarding your product placement is being adhered to.  Also, OLS can report to you on whether your employees’ courtesy and professionalism in dealing with your customers meets or exceeds your standards.  

An Onsite Site Search will be created to suit your specific needs.  The search plan will be established based on information that you provide from a conversation that takes place between you and a representative of PPG.  A written search plan will be prepared and forwarded to you for review and approval.  Upon your approval, the search will be conducted.  A report of our findings will be sent to you within three (3) business days following its completion.      

Our Onsite Location Search prices will vary based on the nature and scope of your search.  Our prices start at $55 per search, with the price of most of our searches not exceeding $100.  If there is a parking or event fee, we will submit proof of payment for reimbursement.  Please contact us first so that we can learn more and provide you with the correct plan to select.
